В этот момент младенец испытывает настоящее блаженство - он смеется и радуется. Ощущение взаимной любви нисходит на родителей и ребенка, не покидая их до конца жизни.










Аль-Арабик — страна вечного кофе. Каждый житель с самого рожденья связан с древним деревом - Матерью кофе. Упавшие на землю плоды — проростки дерева, помещают в водяные тыквы и относят в специальный сад: "Сад детей», где их расставляют рядами, между которыми достаточно места, чтобы свободно прошла группа людей. Упавший на землю проросток Матери кофе означает, что в какой-то семье жителя кофейной страны рождается ребенок. Через 9 месяцев малыша приносят в сад. Отец или любой родственник-мужчина несет ребенка, мать идет впереди, держа в руке веточку с еще не раскрывшимся бутоном со своего кофейного дерева. Позади идут два служителя сада с кувшинами, полными родниковой воды. Друзья и родственники семьи ждут у ворот, в специально обустроенных навесах-кофейнях. В какой-то момент веточка с бутоном начинает пульсировать в руке матери.

Когда она подходит к дереву ребёнка бутон в ее руке начинает распускаться, в то же время распускается единственный бутон на молодом кофейном деревце. Мать прикладывает свой цветок к цветку своего ребенка, происходит кофейное рождение младенца, связывающее его со своим родом и Матерью кофе. В этот момент младенец испытывает настоящее блаженство - он смеется и радуется. Ощущение взаимной любви нисходит на родителей и ребенка, не покидая их до конца жизни. Служители поливают водой мать, ребенка, отца и деревце, после чего ставят его в специальную корзину с двумя ручками, и небольшая процессия направляется к выходу. А в кофейне их с нетерпением ждут родственники и друзья.

Посредине навеса расположен небольшой очаг, на котором греется большой специальной формы ритуальный кофейник. Его размер может быть разным, зависящим от количества пришедших. Служитель в темно зеленом, с вышитыми золотом зернами и листьями кофе одеждах варит "первый кофе". В кофейник кладут цветок от дерева матери ребенка и цветок от Матери кофе, который падает на землю, не дав завязи. Это символ и закрепление связи, между людьми и деревом кофе. В первый кофе добавляют специальные, янтарные зерна, которые очень редко рождают кофейные деревья родителей. Сбор таких зерен, для торжественного случая может продолжатся несколько лет. Янтарные зерна прозрачны и по цвету напоминают древнюю смолу. Их не нужно молоть. Старейший рода запевает Песнь Рожденья, существующую со дня сотворения: "у нас есть свет, в тебе есть жизнь, росток зеленый тянется ввысь, под ним твоя пройдет судьба, будь счастлив и любим всегда..." и янтарные зерна, без помола опущенные в горячую воду, растворяются в ней без остатка. Удивительное превращение напитка происходит, после того как в янтарный кофе кладут цветок дерева его матери, цвет напитка сменяется на чисто зеленый цвет молодой листвы - символ жизни, а потом цветок дерева Матери кофе, превращает цвет напитка в белый - символ внутренней чистоты и любви. Достается первая деревянная кружка. Она сделана из старого, высохшего, после ухода человека из этого мира ствола кофейного дерева, близкого родственника. Первый кофе наливают в деревянный стаканчик. Все, кто пришел становятся в круг, стакан с кофе, передают по кругу и каждый говорит свои пожелания ребенку, после чего мать подносит его к губам своего дитя, и ребенок выпивает чашку янтарного кофе.  Затем счастливая делегация с младенцем и деревцем покидает сад и направляется к дому ребенка во дворе, которого саженцу уже приготовлено свое место в семейной кофейной роще.

Кофейные деревья Аль Арабик не большие - немногим более человеческого роста. Существует простая технология пересадки их при переезде человека в другой дом. Бывают случаи, что кофейное дерево погибает по какой-то не предвиденной причине - пожар, удар молнии, случайные повреждения. Тогда хозяин, который обязательно хранит необжаренные зерна со своего дерева приходит в сад детей и на месяц остается там, проращивая свое зернышко. Связь с деревом, постоянный, собственноручный уход за ним несомненно влияют на течение и распорядок жизни людей в Аль Арабик. Приехавшие из других стран отмечают спокойствие, самоуважение, мудрость ее жителей и сами подневольно копируя подобное поведение.
